Information for your visit

The following regulations apply at all Weserport terminals

Traffic regulations

Parking is only permitted in designated parking areas. Traffic, loading, and emergency routes must be kept clear at all times.

A maximum speed of 10 km/h applies at all terminals.

While driving, the hazard warning lights or rotating beacon must be switched on to increase visibility.

Rail and port equipment/vehicles always have right of way!

Particular caution is required at railroad crossings. Signals and instructions must be observed at all times.

 

Personal protective equipment

Safety shoes, protective helmet, high-visibility vest or jacket must always be worn when entering the terminal!

Wearing personal protective equipment serves to protect against typical hazards such as falling objects, vehicle movements, and uneven surfaces. The equipment must comply with the applicable safety requirements and be in proper condition.

Entry to the terminal is not permitted without complete and properly worn PPE. The instructions of the terminal staff must be followed at all times.

Prohibitions

The consumption of alcohol and other intoxicating substances, as well as smoking, is prohibited in all terminals. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access. This prohibition serves to ensure occupational safety and protect against fire and explosion hazards.

Taking photos and videos, as well as flying drones over the respective terminal, is not permitted. Exceptions require prior approval from the operations management.

We collect, process, and use your data in accordance with port security regulations. This applies to data processed in connection with visitor registration, your safety briefing, or our video surveillance relating to your person.  

For security reasons, luggage such as bags, backpacks, etc. must be supervised at all times. Terminal staff have the right to carry out random checks on luggage and persons at any time. Unattended items will be removed immediately!

Your data will be deleted after six months.
